DryIQ AI Enhanced Equipment Tracking & Reporting System
🔧 Purpose
The DryIQ Equipment Tracker keeps every air mover, dehumidifier, scrubber, or generator accounted for during a restoration project. It prevents lost gear, ensures correct placement, and creates reports that stand up to adjusters, insurers, and clients.
📱 Getting Started
- Login: Open the DryIQ Equipment Tracker on your tablet or phone. Use your jobsite login credentials.
- Select Job Site: Choose the correct project from the job list (by address or claim number).
- Job Setup: Verify project details are correct (customer name, address, job ID).
🛠️ Adding Equipment
- Tap “Add Equipment”.
- Select equipment type (Air Mover, LGR Dehumidifier, Desiccant, Air Scrubber, Generator, etc.).
- Enter asset info:
- Equipment ID/Barcode (scan if available)
- Location (room name or floor)
- Start date/time
- Confirm placement — sketch or pin equipment on the room layout if enabled.
📊 Daily Tracking
- Open Daily Report section.
- Walk through rooms and confirm units are operating.
- Update status: Running, Removed, Repositioned, Out of Service.
- Follow AI guidance if the system prompts for adjustments.
📝 Generating Reports
- Go to Generate Report.
- Select timeframe (daily, multi-day, or full project).
- Reports include:
- Equipment list with IDs and types
- Room/location map with placements
- Start/stop dates and usage times
- Worker signature and customer acknowledgment
- Export or share as PDF or email directly to supervisors, adjusters, or clients.
🔒 Best Practices
- Always scan or enter IDs for every piece of equipment — no “untracked” gear.
- Update daily at the same time (end of shift or during moisture readings).
- Take photos if prompted — attach them to equipment records for proof.
- Double-check removals so equipment isn’t left behind or unbilled.
